If you are invited to view a property, the Housing Manager will discuss your housing needs with you and may carry out a home visit prior to offering you a property at Colinton Cottage Homes.
The Housing Manager’s decision is final in the allocation of Colinton Cottage Home properties.

This information is held on Colinton Cottage Homes data base system, which is password, protected. When you advise us that you no longer wish to be on the waiting list then your application is deleted from our database.
Should you be offered and accept a tenancy, information from your application is checked with you and used to complete your tenancy agreement.If you become a tenant with us, you will be given a full copy of our GDPR Fair Processing Notice detailing how we process your personal information and with whom we are required to share your information to facilitate preparation and management of your tenancy agreement.
It is important that the personal information we hold on your application is accurate and current, please keep us informed of any changes by contacting our Privacy Officer. The law gives you the right to request the deletion of your personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to hold it.
We shall not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
